Half-Round Gutters with Round Downspouts

For this residential project, CWB Gutters installed a half-round gutter system across multiple roof sections and balcony edges. Tall exterior walls, narrow side passages, and changes in elevation made access a central consideration throughout the installation.

The finished system combines curved gutter profiles with round downspouts routed along the building’s red siding and light stucco walls. The project includes 106 feet of gutters and 100 feet of downspouts, with red and champagne downspout finishes coordinated with the surrounding exterior.

Project Details & Layout

  • High Rooflines & Limited Access: Elevated installation areas and tight spaces between neighboring structures required careful access planning. These conditions added complexity to positioning and working along the upper roof edges.
  • Multiple Roof Sections: The layout includes separate gutter runs at different elevations, with corners and transitions following the building’s rooflines and balcony perimeter.
  • Coordinated Exterior Finishes: Red downspouts blend with the painted wood siding, while champagne downspouts complement the lighter stucco sections.

  • Custom Downspout Routing: Round downspouts use offsets to follow changes in the exterior and connect the gutter outlets to lower discharge points.
